Need some help

Love the new app design, but can’t save custom presets inside the apps preset manager! I enter the name for my preset and tap “Save”, but nothing happens. Copy and Paste commands also do not work. (iPad 2017, 9.7”, iOS 12.4) Is there an email of the dev’s support?
