¡No responden a la pritensia , la devolución del dinero!

Pagué 82 euros por el estacionamiento en el aeropuerto de Barcelona, cuando llegué, no pude salir del estacionamiento, me Dirigí al empleado del estacionamiento, me dijeron que este programa no funcionaba. Finalmente, para salir del Aparcamiento pagó 180 euros. Ahora estoy tratando de devolver el dinero, escribo en el correo electrónico y cada vez que tire del tiempo y el dinero no se devuelve
