5. The literal meaning of the term Dattatreya translates to Datta (Given) and Atreya (son of sage Atri) suggesting the one who has given himself away as the son of sage Atri.

6. However, in case of severe problems, you are also advised to take the competent help of pundits to perform rites such as Nārāyana Nāgbali, Nagbali, Tripindi shrāadha, Kalsarpashanti.

11. For moderate problems start with 30 minutes a day and increase it to 2 hours.
