Stopped working

The app just stopped working, it won’t open, I tried reinstalling it, rebooted the phone, but it just won’t open, I don’t know what to do.

Be careful, Problem with unsubscribing

I can not unsubscribe from this service. Not typical iTunes way as you usually do. They automatically wrote off my money and I even don’t know the tariff and the time period

Robbery. Don’t open Albatross demo account!

Last year I’ve registered in this app, and opened a demo “premium” account because it was necessary to attend one of the meetups. After the demo period has ended, the company started emailing me, threatening with “legal action” against me, refusing to just close my account (because I was not using it actually). So I basically had to pay this 70€ fee, worried of being brought to a court. By the way, the app is a lousy one, as it crashes very often and messaging is extremely slow and buggy.

Unsubscription is very complicated

Unsubscribing from the paid and expensive subscription in the app is complex and unclear. Not a standard app store procedure.
