1. Go to the Settings app, General tab, set "Use Side Switch To: Mute", then turn the iPad's side switch to (Mute) and then to off again (Unmute).

2. **NOTE: If there is no sound from the iPad speaker but headphone is working, it is because of an iPad settings issue.
