The app is divided into: Move -if you are feeling strong and want to move your body (you can then select which body part to focus on or you can do a short 20 minute dynamic practice and finish with a guided relaxation) Relax- if you are feeling tired, you are in your last trimester of pregnancy or it is evening time. Prepare - if you want to focus on exercises to prepare for your birth (you can select breathing and positions for birth or partner work for massage) Postnatal There is a short sequence of postnatal yoga to help you after you have had your baby including pelvic floor exercises.
