Select 'Untech Now' using your pre-selected settings (what you'll be doing, who to inform & for how long while you're untechable). Pre-set options included (you can add a custom activity as well): spending time with family, driving, spending time outdoors, at the beach, enjoying the holidays, just needed a break, running, on vacation, finding my inner piece, removing myself from technology, in a meeting, biking, playing sports, hiking, yoga, relaxing, eating, drinking, spending time with friends. Select 'Untech Custom' to manually choose what you'll be doing during your untechable period of time & who you'd like to inform.
