It is the stated intention of the Ministry of Interior (MOI) Kuwait to innovate and constantly improve the level and variety of services provided to the public. MOI believes it must therefore always keep abreast with the rapid technological developments in the field of smart phones and PDAs. MOI recognizes the importance of these devices in streamlining services and delivering them quickly and intelligently. MOI has developed the Second phase of the application “MOI – Kuwait”. The application was developed in accordance with the development in the field of smart technology, and many services were added to the user's interest, taking into consideration the importance of maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of user's personal data, through the adoption of security system that protects and secures user's data. So users can enjoy this application and take advantage of MOI services through their smart devices with confidence in the fact that all their data are secure and confidential. One of the most important services added at this phase is the SOS service, which enables users to get emergency assistance quickly by pressing the help button. Another service is the push notification service, which includes Private Notifications, where registered users will receive alerts and reminders of the expiry dates of their documents. In addition to many other services and advantages, summarized as follow: * Inquiries service (for registered users only) A- Personal inquiries Users can query their personal data in several departments by creating their own user name and passwords and use it to do the following inquiries: • Passport inquiry • Election inquiry for Kuwaitis • Sponsorship inquiry • Residency for non-Kuwaitis • Visa inquiry • Driving licenses inquiry • Vehicle inquiry • Traffic violations inquiry • Travel ban inquiry • Judgment Execution • Gun license ايمانا منها بضرورة مواكبة التطور التكنولوجي الهائل في مجال الهواتف الذكية واهمية دور تلك التكنولوجيا في تبسيط الخدمات وايصالها بصورة سريعة وذكية للمستخدمين. فقد قامت وزارة الداخلية بتطوير المرحلة الثانية من التطبيق " وزارة الداخلية - الكويت ". حيث تم تطوير الشكل العام للتطبيق بما يتناسب مع التطور في مجال تكنولوجيا الأجهزة الذكية, كما تم إضافة العديد من الخدمات التي تهم المستخدم آخذة بعين الاعتبار أهمية الحفاظ على سرية وخصوصية البيانات الشخصية للمستخدمين، وذلك من خلال تبني نظام للحماية والسرية ليتمكن المستخدم من استخدام هذا التطبيق والاستفادة من خدمات وزارة الداخلية عن طريق هاتفه الذكي بشكل سري وآمن ومن اهم الخدمات التي تم اضافتها في هذه المرحلة خدمة ساعدوني التي تمكن المستخدم من الحصول على المساعدة في حالات الطوارئ بشكل سريع بمجرد الضغط على زر ساعدوني. وكذلك خدمة الاشعارات التي تشمل الاشعارات الخاصة حيث يتم ارسال رسائل تذكيرية وتنبيهية للمسجلين بالتطبيق بمواعيد انتهاء مستنداتهم الثبوتية. هذا بالإضافة الى العديد من الخدمات والمزايا الاخرى والتي نوجزها كالتالي: خدمة الاستعلام (هذه الخدمة للمسجلين بالتطبيق فقط) الاستعلام الشخصيالمستخدم منستخدم الاستعلام عن بياناته الشخصية من خلال انشاء اسم مستخدم خاص به يستخدمه للاستعلام عن البيانات التالية: • بيانات جواز السفر • بيانات القيد الانتخابي للكويتيين • بيانات الكفالات • بيانات الاقامة لغير الكويتيين • بيانات التأشيرات • بيانات رخص القيادة • تراخيص المركبات • تفاصيل مخالفات المرور • بيانات منع السفر • بيانات تنفيذ الاحكام (الاحكام المرورية) • تراخيص السلاح
