1. SWconnect allows user to connect and track their travels on the SpotWalla website: Spotwalla is a secure location manager, which support several different devices for keep track of location during travels.

2. SWconnect now uses a new lower GPS accuracy strategy when the application is running in the background, however it is always suggested to use external power when possible, and to turn off tracking in the app controls during periods when you are not moving.

3. Your points will be stored with the device information on SpotWalla, and you can create custom trips which show your location over a specified time period.

4. SWconnect allow you to connect with your account on Spotwalla, and tracks your progress on a timed basis.

5. IOS users previously were able to use the Latitude app to share their location with SpotWalla, however, that application was removed in August, 2013.

6. SWconnect uses GPS information, and as such battery use will be similar to most navigation type of applications.

7. General use once logged in, is to simply enable tracking, put the app in the background, put your phone in your pocket and ride.

8. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
