ALSAT-M ka filluar të transmetojë në mars të vitit 2006 dhe është një stacion televiziv kombëtar që transmeton në të gjithë territorin e Republikës së Maqedonisë. Programet e veta i mbështet në konceptet evropiane të informimit dhe synon të kultivojë bashkëjetesën shumë-etnike në Maqedoni.   Teknologjia e përgjithshme dhe skema e programeve u përgjigjen plotësisht standardeve bashkëkohore, të domosdoshme për funksionimin e një televizioni modern që përmbush nevojat vendase, ashtu edhe kriteret e domosdoshme për transmetimet ndërkombëtare.  Programet janë dinamike, me lajme në gjuhën shqipe dhe maqedonase, me emisione politike, ekonomiko-financiare, historike, akademike, sociale, kulturore, muzikore, argëtuese, sportive, etj., të gjitha në dy gjuhë.   Karakteri dygjuhësor i programeve të ALSAT-it e bën këtë stacion televiziv që të jetë unikal në Evropë dhe më gjerë.  ALSAT-M prodhon emisione të shumëllojshme, transmeton gjithnjë ngjarje të veçanta direkt nga vendi i ngjarjes, gazetarët dhe operatorët përdorin pajisje dhe kamera dixhitale moderne. Alsat-M has started to broadcast in March 2006 and it is national television broadcasting in the whole territory of the Republic of Macedonia. Its programs are based on European concepts of briefing and it aims to foster the multi-ethnic coexistence in Macedonia.   The overall technology and program scheme matches completely to the modern standards, necessary for the functioning of a modern television that meets local needs as well as criteria’s necessary for international broadcasting. Programs are dynamic, with news in Albanian and Macedonian language, with political, economic- financial, historical, academic, social, cultural, music, entertainment, and sports programs, etc; all of them are bilingual.   Bilingual character of ALSAT programs makes this television to be unique in Europe and beyond. Alsat-M produces a variety of programs; always broadcasts special events directly from the scene, journalists and operators use modern equipment and digital cameras. Successful programs of this television are based on the successful television projects.   Alsat-M TV is the most serious investment that has been made in recent years in the media business in Macedonia and it develops continuously, with human potential and modern technology. Alsat-M is created to stay and to remain a notable name in the Balkan and Europe region.
