This application is document management tool as cloud style.  You can manage documents that download from Web page or email to iPhone device, and also share documents with other application or cloud service by simple operation. You can archive, duplicate, rename, remove , or  move  file between cloud and iPhone in same way as PC desktop. The documents managed by cloud and iPhone are shareable with other application or cloud service (Dropbox, Picasa.
