1. Our Flow is a menstrual wellness resource designed by and for youth! This educational menstrual health app provides resources and a safe space for adolescents, parents, and caregivers to learn about the menstrual cycle and connect with other youth who menstruate.

2. Our Flow is a youth focused technology platform to educate, inform, support, and empower girls throughout their adolescent menstrual journey.

3. It is well known that cultural stigmas and lack of menstrual education can cause fear and shame globally for girls beginning their menstrual journey at menarche-occurrence of the first period.

4. The Our Flow app was created by Black and Brown youth in the FlowTech4Girls program- a social and technology innovation program managed by Love Your Menses, Inc.
