تطبيق "سهل" هو تطبيق حكومي موحد للخدمات الإلكترونية لمختلف الجهات الحكومية وينجز من خلاله المواطن والمقيم الخدمات والمعاملات بشكل أكثر سهولة و سرعة و فعالية وفق معايير جودة مميزة ليقدم تجربة جديدة لإنجاز المعاملات الحكومية. يعتبر تطبيق "سهل" نافذة حكومية موحدة وقناة استلام الإشعارات والإعلانات من كافة الجهات الحكومية و يتيح للمواطن والمقيم الدخول الموحد إلى كافة الخدمات الحكومية، كما ويساهم في تحسين تقديم الخدمات إلكترونياً. الخدمات التي يقدمها تطبيق "سهل":- • البيانات: تتيح الخدمة التعرف على حالة العلاقة لـ ( المواطن / المقيم ) مع الجهة الحكومية وذلك من خلال الوثائق الرسمية وحالتها ومواعيد انتهائها. • الخدمات : إمكانية التقدم بطلب الخدمات المقدّمة من الجهات الحكومية للجمهور ليستطيع من خلالها انجاز معاملاته • الاشعارات : الرسائل التنبيهية أو التذكيرية من الجهات الحكومية إلى الجمهور والتي تعبّر عن حالة الخدمة المقدّمة وموقفها • المواعيد : حجز المواعيد الحكومية من خلال التطبيق وذلك عبر منصّة متى. • الإعلانات : عرض إعلانات الجهات الحكومية والتي تبرز من خلالها خدماتها وأخبارها وكل ما يحتاج إليه المواطن والمقيم. اهداف التطبيق:- • السرعة في الأداء وتحسين خدمات الجهات الحكومية • تبسيط الإجراءات والتسهيل على المواطنين والمقيمين • تقليل أعداد المراجعين في الجهات الحكومية • تسهيل اجراء المعاملات الحكومية من خلال التطبيقات الإلكترونية • ربط جميع خدمات الجهات والمؤسسات الحكومية من خلال تطبيق إلكتروني واحد • توفير الوقت والتكاليف على المواطنين في اجراء معاملاتهم الحكومية • القضاء على البيروقراطية وتقليص الدورة المستندية. • تعزيز النزاهة والشفافية من خلال تحقيق التحوّل الرقمي • نقطة انطلاق في تحقيق التحوّل الرقمي في دولة الكويت "Sahel" App is a Unified Government Application for e-services for various government agencies. Through this application, the citizen and resident can perform their services and transactions easily, quickly, and effectively according to the highest quality standards, to provide a new experience to accomplish government transactions. The App provides an integrated platform for citizens and residents to receive notifications and announcements from all government agencies, gain access to all government services, and contributes to improving the provision of services electronically. Services provided by "Sahel" App: • Data: Enables identifying the status of the relationship for (citizen/resident) with the government through official documents, status, and expiry dates. • Services: Allows applying for services provided by government agencies to the public. • Notifications: Provides alerts and reminders from government agencies to the public that shows the status of the service provided. • Appointments: Can book government appointments via the META central platform. • Announcements: Single window to present government agencies announcements, through which they highlight their services, news, and other information for citizens and residents. App main objectives: • Allow for quick and improved services of government agencies • Simplify government processes and make it easier for citizens and residents to complete government transactions • Reduce the number of auditors required in government agencies and institutions • Facilitate conducting government transactions through electronic applications • Connect services of all government agencies and institutions through a single application • Save time and costs for citizens and residents to complete their government transactions • Eliminate bureaucracy and reduce paperwork • Promote integrity and transparency through digital transformation • Be the starting point in achieving digital transformation in the State of Kuwait
