About CMAS e-cards Mobile App CMAS offer to its divers a mobile application with simple interfaces easy to interact with, which allows the users to have their CMAS certificates on their mobile. CMAS e-cards offers simplified functionality of CMAS AquaLink (www.cmasdata.org) web site. Please visit www.cmasdata.org for more features. CMAS e-cards offers the following: - request registration for a CMAS account - view your CMAS certificates validated by your National Federation - submit requests for CMAS certificates validation - verify other divers’ certificates using QR-code How to register: 1. When the CMAS e-cards App is started for the first time it presents the registration form 2. Please fill in the registration form (all fields are mandatory except “Area of interests”) and press the “Next” button 3. Please submit at least one image with your CMAS certificate. You could take a picture with your phone. Maximum image size is 10MB, maximum amount of images that could be submitted is 5. 4. Please press the “Submit” button 5. You will receive an email to the address you have provided during registration. The email will provide you with the Demo access to the www.cmasdata.org web site 6. The image(s) provided during the registration will be processed (validated) by your National Federation – the Federation you selected during the registration 7. Once the images are approved by your National Federation, you will receive an email with a special link and instructions 8. Please follow the instructions and open the link on your iPhone or iPad 9. The CMAS e-cards App will log you in and display your approved certificates to you If your National Federation declines your image(s) submitted during the registration, you will receive an email notification. In this case you should use your account at CMAS AquaLink (www.cmasdata.org) to submit new images. How to upload new CMAS certificates: 1. Once you are logged in, press the “Upload certificate” button 2. Please fill all the form (all fields are mandatory) 3. Please submit at least one image with your CMAS certificate. Images size limitations are the same as for registration 4. Please press the “Submit” button 5. You will be notified of image approval or rejection via email (the same as registration) 6. Please open a special link (from approval email) on your iPhone or iPad to view your newly approved certificates How to verify other divers’ certificates: 1. Press the “Verify Diver” button on registration screen or after the login 2. Allow the CMAS e-cards App to use your camera 3. Place a CMAS certificate with QR-code generated by CMAS AquaLink (www.cmasdata.org) in front of the camera 4. Pass the reCaptcha challenge if it is presented to you 5.
