iWindRose² is a one-of-a-kind app, optimized for iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch and Apple Watch, which allows you to know all the main winds, their history and forecasts. Use this application to learn about the history, direction and forecast of the winds, especially present in maritime areas. It will be especially useful to all those who practice water sports such as surfing, kitesurfing, diving, etc. Consult the forecasts provided by the application before deciding to venture out to sea by boat. The most important features of iWindRose² are: • information about your geographic location; • real-time weather in your location (requires an internet connection); • set of information regarding the Sun and Moon (also available offline); • dynamic and adjustable compass rose; • description and history of the main winds; • wind and sea force scales; • winds and force scales searchable directly from Spotlight; • weather forecasts from multiple providers; • notification for each Meteomar forecast update; • notification center and home screen widgets (iOS 15 or higher required) for all forecasts; • 3D Touch shortcuts; • Siri Shortcuts for all predictions; • stickers for iMessage Available weather service providers: • MeteoAM; • LaMMA; • OpenWeatherMap; • VentuSky.
