How does Connect work? - Marin Transit Connect is an on-demand transit system service powered by Via that takes multiple passengers heading in the same direction and pools them in a shared vehicle. Using the app, type in your address and your destination and we’ll match you with a vehicle going your way. - To save time and reduce detours, we’ll pick you up on a nearby corner and drop you off within very brief walking distance of your requested destination. Our smart algorithms provide trip times that are comparable to a taxi, even with multiple pick-ups along the way. - Book rides on-demand, or pre-schedule them as needed! Create repeated bookings, connect to local and regional transit, and more; Marin Transit Connect is always available when you need it. When does it operate? Marin operates regular service throughout the week. You can use us for everything from your morning commute to your night out with your friends! We will be constantly evaluating the service and looking to make improvements.
