With Slate Recall, adding a case is as simple as pulling your phone out of your pocket. Keep track of the date, procedure, specialty, subspecialty, attending, city & province/state/territory, degree of participation, level of training, and any notes about each case you do as you go about through your day. Now you can even add a photo. Data can be exported to a spreadsheet and sent via email or iMessage to backup or upload to an alternate case tracker if required by your program.
