이거 유료 결제했는데 되는게 뭐죠?

아니 공유하는데 보내지지도 않고 기기내의 영상과음악만 녹화했는데 한 오분만 소리나고 그 뒤부터 안나고, 공유 드라이버에 안옮겨짐, 폰에만 저장됨. 그리고 편집을하는데 저장이 안됨 항상 같은곳에 멈춰있음. 이거 뭐 몇일걸리는건가? 어제 이래서 오늘은 소리를 켜서 녹화했음 근데 안옮겨 지고 편집저장이 안되는것은 물론이고, 다른어플로 옮겨 편집하는데 소리가 미세하게 개미마냥들림 어쩌란거지? 난 결제 왜한거지? 환불해줘야하는거 아님? 이정도면

1)스마트폰의 화면을 동영상으로 기록 가능합니다. 2)그런데, 음성기록을 함께하는 방법을 아직 찾지못했어요... App이 문제인 것인지, 제가 문제인 것인지 잘 모르겠어요. (스마튼 폰의 사용설정이 어려우면 ,만든 회사에서 설정 방법을 바꿔주어야 할듯 합니다) 현재 목소리를 녹음 할수 없으니 답답합니다.
