Just join the in-store McDonald's Wi-Fi network first, launch this app and then start using the internet on your device without needing to register! This app also includes the following features: - Play the Space Hopper arcade game, an endless runner 8-bit style game where the longer you keep your ship alive the more points you earn, collecting food along the way for bonus points. Sign in using social media to upload your score to our leaderboard to compare your highest scores with other players. - My Offers - The more you visit participating McDonald's restaurants the more offers, discounts and promotions you could be sent. These are listed in the 'My Offers' screen by tapping 'My Offers' on the Home screen. To redeem an offer, pick one in the list and follow the instructions in the app (go into a participating McDonald's restaurant and show the screen to the staff serving you). The list shows offers assigned to you which were sent by push notification, email or SMS, even if you have turned off Notifications for this app. - Spin the Wheel feature to claim a time-limited offer while you are in a participating restaurant (requires Bluetooth to be enabled on your device to receive the in-store notification before you can spin the wheel of offers). This feature is only shown in the app approximately every 5 days when you come to one of our participating stores. - Discover other participating stores across Cape Town, South Africa - Leave Feedback - Discover latest promotional offers This app uses location services and bluetooth to notify you when you can join the Wi-Fi at a participating restaurant. This app requests the following permissions from you: - Allow Notifications to receive offers and invitations from us while you're not using the app - Allow the app to access your location while you're using the app to show McDonald's restaurants in the app nearest to your current location (but you won't receive any offers) - Allow the app to access you're location even while you're not using the app to be able to receive location-based offers and discounts from McDonald's.
