The height of the lens can be adjusted manually, the inclination is provided by the device's built-in sensor. Due to the differences in the built-in sensors for each iOS device, the inclination provided may be inaccurate, thus we provide the tilt calibrate adjustment function, which you can find it at the “Settings” view. The correction parameter is a percentage value that can be positive and negative, and the default value is not corrected (value is 0). If it is set to “5”, the inclination value will apply “5%” correction for positive correction; if it is set to “-5”, the inclination value will apply “5%” correction in negative. You can find a object with known distance (such as the spread ruler), and measure the height of the camera lens height accurately (such as fix your iOS device on a tripod to measure). Using the "horizontal distance measurement" function to get the distance. If the distance is inaccurate, adjust the adjustment parameter. And ultimately make the measurement results consistent with the known value. Once the parameter is set, it will be saved automatically, and will be used in every measurement, whether it is distance, height, shape and area. 【NOTE】 Measurements taken with this App are not as accurate as measurements taken with standard tools.
