Stop waiting for your employees to deliver their receipts and expense reports before you can enter your transactions. COST CODING Pre-load your own custom cost codes, job names and vendors into your app and your employees can properly categorize their expenses. As the administrator, you are able to assign which credit cards, checking accounts, jobs and cost codes are visible to each employee. TRACKING EXPENSES After each purchase, your employees will simply use the app to snap a photo of their receipt and select from the pre-determined list of job names and cost codes to categorize their purchase. These transactions will become immediately available to you to see. LINKING ACCOUNTS JobXpense offers an option to link the app to your credit cards and checking accounts. With this feature, all of your transactions will be downloaded into the app for you to access. JobXpense will automatically match your receipts/expenses to the actual credit card transactions and place a green check mark next to the item to let you know it has been linked! APP USERS - Use the app to send "invite codes" to all of your employees. This will allow them to download and install the app on their phone and become sub-users of your app. Use the account privileges section to determine which information they can have access to. SUBSCRIPTIONS - Choose the feature level you need from the app and pay as you go. Three different tiers, providing different amounts of app users, spending and linked accounts. Subscriptions are auto-renewable which means that once purchased they will be auto-renewed every month until you cancel 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Duration of the subscriptions is 1 Month, with a charge every month. Your iTunes Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period with the cost of the chosen subscription. Manage your Subscription and Auto-Renewal by going to your Apple Account Settings.
