By tapping the AAA-Response Centre button in the app, the ERPC (Emergency Response & Prevention Centre) dispatchers can access any information that emergency units might need to carry out their duties effectively. If you are without data or airtime, you can use the emergency 'Call Me' feature which will send an emergency 'Call Me' activation to your selected ERPC. *TrackMe provides the ERPC with a breadcrumb trail of your activity while you are on the move. It helps us keep an eye on you, and ensures you reach your destination safely. *Report a host of incidents such as suspicious activity, animal cruelty, poaching, accidents, crime etc. or submit a GPS Voice note report. Cases are automatically created and an ERPC Dispatcher will follow up, dispatch relevant response personnel and further investigate.
