3. * All information that is read from Fitbit is immediately put into Apple Health and then discarded.

4. This product is not put out by Fitbit, and Fitbit does not service or warrant the functionality of this product.

5. Other apps will sync a mess of garbage data in between your actual logs in order to fill in the gaps.

6. * Fitbit only allows 3 years of data to be transferred.

7. Fitbit is a registered trademark and service mark of Fitbit, Inc.

8. So if you used it today, subtract 3 years to see your actual start date.

9. The app does not store any of the information.
