1. Whether you are starting out or an athlete pushing yourself to the next level, fitness promotes a healthy life style, and I believe that everybody has a right to live a healthy life style.

2. As a Personal Trainer and Group Instructor, it is my privilege and my duty to bridge the gap between “I can’t do that” to “I can’t be stopped!” Each person has a spark that just needs to be nurtured and cultivated.

3. Whether you are a first timer or a veteran, my approach is the same: value the strengths of each individual and to not allow myself or my clients to believe in false labels.

4. My orientation to fitness started out like most, via kid’s sports leagues and high school athletic teams.

5. I was a very average athlete, but I had a fire that raged in my heart, and this trait has helped me to pass the torch onto others.

6. In my experience there are far more people left out because they believe fitness is beyond their grasp.

7. With that said, I am including the busy mother, the woman on the couch, or the friend with a thousand reasons or excuses why she can’t do it.
