Everyone tracks pain differently, and this is a framework that supports just about any tracking strategy. These are the key to tracking more than one condition and comparing conditions to each other. A common strategy is to name the Trackers after the diseases/conditions that you will be tracking. I.e. Migraines, Anxiety, Fibromyalgia, etc. These are just examples. METRICS: Each entry is composed of one or more optional pieces of information called 'Metrics'.
