Developed by highly experienced consultant psychiatrists and psychologists and guided by DAP - Care first’s Digital Assistance Provider, you will use easy to learn clinically proven techniques to help you live a happier, relaxed, stress free life. Lifestyle - Care first Lifestyle is our comprehensive library of health and wellbeing information and articles supporting all areas of your life. Organised in four sections: - At Home – Relationships, Family, Your Home, Bereavement, Debt, Finances, Childcare - At Work – Change, Stress, Conflict, Promotion, Pressure, Retirement - Health – Physical, Mental, Nutrition, Depression, Stress, Smoking, Diet - Managers Area – Support tools and articles to aid manager’s in the workplace You will also find a debt calculator, wellbeing assessment and access to online counselling.
