同期された歩数が違います

同期された後のヘルスケアの歩数がfitbitの歩数の倍近い値になります。訳が分かりません。使えないです。お金返して欲しいです。

最初は、使えたのですが

最初は、fitbitとヘルスケアの同期が出来ていたのですが、2015/2/12時点では、fitbitのサイトからのデータ受信が出来なくなっています。再インストールしてみましたが、fitbitのサイトに接続できず、初期設定もできません。メッセージは d14:failure reason13:not a tracker8:retry in5:nevere Fitbitのアプリではなく、サードパーティーのアプリなので、Fitbit側で、変更されると利用出来なくなるのが痛い。
