1. Smart24 allows you to trigger emergency alerts, send one off location check ins, and communicate with your monitoring team using secure two-way messaging and push notifications.

2. When needed, you can continuously share your location in real time with your monitoring team, helping to speed up the process of coordinating an effective response during an emergency.

3. So Smart24 features a Poll Location feature, where your monitoring team can obtain your location when the app is running in the background.

4. It includes a Shake for Emergency feature, allowing to quickly notify your monitoring team about an emergency, even when the phone is locked, by shaking your phone with a special gesture.
