Simple and effective app!

This app gives you a lot of help in quitting smoking; it gives you badges to feel a sense of achievement when you’ve not smoked, and the diary entries to log your cravings’ intensities is really helpful. Great app! Definitely worth trying.

Almost good!

Great App, keeps you on track of what you are doing. But repeatedly used word “App” on different context like ‘app’ or ‘puff’, will put you on a stress because it willreminds you old habit you have just decided to foget.

A good quit application

This application is bright and full of things to do. A lot of app applications like to sent alerts every few hours. This application is not too annoying. The are entries to fill out and strategies to handle cravings. The only thing I would change is the way they handle withdrawal symptoms. The first few days of quitting are the worst and it can be unbearable at times. It is not simply cravings, but breaking a habit forming drug. The first week is very important.
