1. Spotfav Premium plan payments will be charged to your iTunes Account after the free trial period or at confirmation of purchase if you already enjoyed a Free Trial in the past.

2. Membership plans will automatically renew at €3.99/month or €39.99/year (inclusive of taxes) depending on membership plan selection, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

3. Plan ahead your next session, either if you intend to go in the next hour or on the weekend, by checking the current weather conditions and 10 day wind, wave and tide forecasts for your spot.

4. You may cancel your current subscription at any time but no refund of your remaining subscription is allowed during an active subscription period.

5. Spotfav is a weather reporting system to help outdoor watersports enthusiasts to check what they need before they go to enjoy their next session, all in one place.

6. You can cancel anytime during the free trial and you won't be charged after its expiration.
