実は漢字Talk時代にプレイしていました

懐かしのWorms。実は昔々のそのむかし、漢字Talk7のころにハマってよく遊んでいました。あの頃と比べたらグラフィックも武器の機能や数も、BGMもSEも、相当向上しています。でもハマり度の高いゲーム性の本質その物は変わっておらず、懐かしく遊びました。今ではPSPやらiPnoneやらでもできるんですね。時代は変わったなあ。さて、懐かしむのはこれくらいにして。日本語環境では、名前などを入力するときに、何のキーを押してもすべて「＊」になってしまうというバグがあるようです。ことえりを半角英数にしても直りませんでした。「言語とテキスト」でOSを英語モードにすればいいのかもしれませんが、そこまではまだ検証していませんが。なので、キャラ名や設定名はカスタマイズせずにデフォルトのままでプレイしています。本当は好みのキャラクターネームを付けてあげたいのですが。キー設定の変更は問題なくおこなえます。というか。デフォルトで画面のズームを動かす「[」「]」キーが入力できなかったので、必然的にキー設定をカスタマイズせざるを得ません。まあ、キーボードがフルキーボードなのか、ミニキーボードなのか、あるいはJISなのかUSなのかでも最適な操作設定は変わりますから、ちょっといじったほうが快適にプレイできるかと。爆風効果、うまく標的を射たときの快感はくせになるかもしれません。チュートリアルモードがあって基本的な武器の使い方もわかります。シュールなアメリカンジョークがわかる人におすすめ。
