1. Before Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and others there used to be chat rooms where you can meet new friends and be a part of a community with people from all over the world without giving up your privacy and data.
2. #TheCabin started in 1995 and has had the opportunity to have people from all over the world become friends through it.
3. And while #TheCabin isn’t a dating site, multiple marriages have even taken place after people met there.
4. If you could use some new friends, just want to talk to somebody, or want to try something different then #TheCabin is a pretty great place to do that.
5. It’s a vibrant community we’d love you to be a part of.
6. #TheCabin requires no information.
7. This includes name, email address, photo or location.
8. One such place still exists.
9. We have our own holidays and in the past have run our own podcast and radio station.
10. Everyone is so used to social networks needing to know everything about you, but it doesn’t have to be that way.
