1. This inspirational meditation recording by Jan Yoxall is a simple and yet extremely effective introduction to the word of Angels and in particular to help you make the connection with your own Guardian Angel.

2. The final track Angel Healing For Peaceful Sleep, is a short meditation to help you release any troubles and anxieties at the end of the day and aid a peaceful night’s sleep.

3. This track can, in due course be skipped, so that the listener may progress on to track two The Rainbow Bridge (A guided Meditation to help you meet your own personal Guardian Angel).

4. I think she could read the dictionary and it would sound like a healing meditation but when I deeply absorbed her messages, I felt such Divine tinglings and shivers, I knew my Angels were loving it every bit as much as I was.

5. I now call on my Angels to help me with everything! This CD is really beautiful and you can feel the love with which it was created.
