The app is a fraud

I have this App installed on my phone and get notifications from it with headlines and brief summaries. However when I click on App links it only goes to a page that shows nothing related to App news story. It is App only app that I know where App notifications show more than App actual app. Really strange.

Money money money - or nothing!

None of this is without charge ! You are shown a headline or two and if you want to read anything about App subject in detail you’ve got to pay more money and apply and do all kinds of other bothersome tedious rituals. This is not a application which gives you news for free it’s a marketing tool.

解約大変かも、覚悟して登録を

2ヶ月無料のキャンペーンをわりとしょっちゅうやっているので敷居低いですが、解約対応が今時フリーダイヤルのみの上、私は日本語案内窓口に電話したにも関わらず混み合っていたようで手違い？で英語のオペレーターに飛ばされてしまいました。オペレーターさんも英語ネイティブではなさそうで、聞き取りが難しく、拙い私の英語で何とか日本語話せる外国人スタッフさんにつないでもらい解約出来ましたが、海外にコールセンター置くような類の会社対応に慣れていない方はストレスだと思います。大体私もちゃんと解約手続きしてくれてるのか今の時点でわかりませんけど。

Web版を見た方が早い&アプデの度に改悪

アプリ版WSJではWeb版に掲載されている記事の中から人気のある記事だけしか掲載されていないのでWeb版を見た方が良いです。さらにアプリ版ではWeb版記事に掲載されている全文が表示されないので全く使えないアプリです。【2017年11月9日追加】アプリがリニューアルされてから更に使い勝手が悪くなりました。また不具合も多いです。悪くなった・不具合の点・日本語での過去記事検索が出来なくなった・記事の更新数が更に少なくなった・トップページが更新されない不具合がある最近のWSJ日本語版のやる気の無さを見るとWSJ本社が日本語版に見切りをつけてるのかもしれません。
