1. Purchase of a Live Access Pass subscription entitles the user to stream Live Vision on surf camera’s available within the app, to create personalised swell, wave & wind alerts and to access local surf forecast analysis & reports.

2. Purchase of a Live Stream Single Surf Cam entitles the user to stream Live Vision on one surf camera of their choice, available within the app, and to read local surf forecast analysis for this camera location.

3. Purchase of Live Access Alerts entitles the user to set personalised Wave, Swell & Wind alerts to notify them within the app.

4. To change or cancel your Live Access Pass, please got to iTunes account settings after purchase.

5. Purchase of a Live Access Pass indicates your acceptance to be charged this amount every 30 days.

6. You may access these features, via a Live Access Pass, for a recurring subscription fee of $2.99AUD per month (30 days).

7. Check the surf anywhere, anytime with Australia's largest network of live streaming Surf Cams, Daily Surf Reports & Surf Forecasts from Australia's most popular beaches.

8. No pro-rata refunds will be provided to customers who cancel during an active subscription period, however these customers will have access to premium content until their subscription ends.

9. User's may purchase as many single surf camera locations as they desire.

10. * Local Surf Reports are real observations by industry experts for selected beaches around Australia.

11. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
