1. Active Witness is a state-of-the-art 2 Step authentication access system that utilizes artificial intelligent cameras connected to our powerful cloud service.

2. After taking a picture of your face, it is uploaded to our server and stored there to authenticate your identity when entering a zone controlled by Active Witness.

3. If you wish to have your personal data removed from the system, due to ceasing consent or affirmatively revoking consent, then we will remove your personal data.

4. Your personal data, including your face picture will not be shared with third parties.

5. Data is stored on an encrypted server and transmitted in a secure manner to our remote server.

6. Facial data will be stored on our servers only for the purpose of identification.

7. This app serves as the control center for your spaces' access, as well as employee identification badge.

8. After your account is terminated, we will delete all data associated with your account within 90 days.

9. This allows us to verify identity and grant access to a location.

10. If you're an employee, reach out to your administrator for access to the building.

11. We use facial recognition technology to perform facial authentication.
