3. We launched our virtual workouts on Facebook and YouTube in March of 2020, before launching the AFS-TV platform in October of the same year.

6. To access all features and content you can subscribe to AFS TV on a monthly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app.

7. Whether you have a home gym, a few bands and dumbbells, or just your own body and some living room space, we have workouts and trainers ready to help you exercise safely and effectively.

8. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle.

9. • Help support a small business (3 brick and mortar locations in SE Michigan, less than 50 total employees).
