1. Available only for members of specific GeoBlue® health plans, Global TeleMD™ provides convenient access to licensed doctors around the world for remote consultations by phone or secure video.

2. Global TeleMD consultations are complimentary with phone consultations available in several languages and video consultations available in English and Spanish.

3. Global TeleMD is ideal for non-emergency health issues such as a cold, fever, rash, eye infection, orthopedic concern, back or joint pain or pediatric questions.

4. You can schedule a video consultation or request a call back from a doctor through the Global TeleMD app.

5. Medical guidance, possible diagnosis and treatment options are possible outcomes from remote consultations.

6. Video consultations can often be scheduled same day.

7. You must “Create a Profile” after you download the app.

8. Requests for a Call-back are typically responded to within 1 hour.
