3. With E-CD, passengers have options to fulfill their customs obligations (in addition to the paper-based Customs Declaration form) so that they will be better served as well as enhanced in their level of compliance to customs provisions.
4. This E-CD Application System is available for public users and very user friendly to be accessed easily anytime and anywhere from internet-connected mobile phones.
