インストールされず料金だけ巻き上げ

ESIMアプリから手続きをしたあと、ESIMにインストールできず、その後何度トライしても登録済みだからと、アプリにログインできず。挙句課金だけされた。。。二度と使わない。5000円近くぼったくられた。返金して欲しい。

Bad

Soon after I activated eSim I was disconnected from the network and mobile line. I made every efforts to reconnect but I was not able to. Just wasted $40 and fair amount of time. I don'app know why but you cannot buy prepaid eSim with the same email address. I do not recommend this app.

Run away!

Paaaaaaaaaaiiiiinnnnnnnnnnnn. I really wanted to like this app. I even bought a new phone that supports e-sim so I could use it. I downloaded the app and went through the process to purchase a tourist plan, past the payment page, to the step where the app is supposed to install the e-sim into the phone. After 5 minutes of waiting the installation failed. So I tried again, and it failed again. So I tried again, and finally it succeeded in installing the e-sim. Shortly after, I checked my credit card statement to find that there were three charges, including charges for the failed attempts. Whoever made this app clearly has no clue what they’re doing. So I try to call the app-mobile support number to get the extra charges reversed, but I found that I using the e-sim I just bought I was not able to make any outgoing calls, even to app-mobile’s own support number, so I had to use Skype over Wi-Fi instead. After being passed between several support agents, each of which told me that 1) it is impossible to buy a tourist plan e-sim (even though this is exactly what I did and the app clearly advertises this) and 2) “I cannot help you. Wrong department”, I was told that without the order number from the receipt they cannot find the charges and therefore cannot refund them. I tried to tell them that I don’app have a receipt because issuing the receipt is the last step, after installation, so I never received receipts for the failed attempts. The agent basically told me, “Too bad. Talk to your bank.” So I did. I relived the entire terrible ordeal in order to initiate two chargebacks, which are still pending and probably will be for at least two more months. In summary: This app is terrible and was created by incompetent people who have no business handling money. app-mobile “support” is abysmal. They will not help you. Do not download this app. You WILL regret it; life is too short to deal with app-mobile.
