1. SUP has an auto-pause feature that allows you to pause up to 60 minutes (by default, settable to 5-60 minutes in Settings) before the app asks you if your activity has “Ended?” With Auto Pause, only the time you are actively moving is used to calculate your average speed.

2. You can share your route map and activity details via email or Facebook, The app can also assist you in marking any number of waypoints and allowing you to include any number of photos with each waypoint.

3. You should place your iPhone into a water proof bag and to ease the starting of the app, you can tap “Start” up to 60 minutes before you actually start your water activities.

4. SUP operates in the background so you can use your iPhone to make and receive phone calls, play music, or run other apps all the while SUP is tracking your activity.

5. It also displays an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) back at your starting point based on your current location and speed.

6. SUP is a fun and easy iPhone app for tracking your stand up paddle boarding and Kayaking activities.

7. The app automatically saves your route map and activity details locally on your iPhone.

8. It alerts you when it is time to head-back, displays how fast you need to go, and your current speed.

9. Just tap “Start” when you are at your SUP or kayaking lunch point and the app will “wait” for you to start your activities.

10. You can email or post to Facebook your results including a route map of your activities.

11. At any time you can email the waypoint locations and optional photos to anyone.
