ロボットに接続できない

ロボット本体が安くなりましたが、アプリの初回セットアップがロボットのWifiに接続できずにコケます。iPhone Xs Max、iPad Pro 2015 、Andoroid版全部でダメだったのでソフトの問題かロボット側のWifiが弱いとかの問題がありそうです。現状ではこのロボットは高価な文鎮でしかありません

繋がらない。

友人からプレゼントされて動いてるところを見せて欲しいと言われたので設定しましたが、Wi-Fi設定できません。一応ロボット本体とは繋がってはいるみたいですがアプリ内では接続を確立できない。とアラートが出て前に進めない。アンインストールや他のスマホでも試したが改善されず。。ただの置物と化しました。

接続を維持できないと表示されてそのまま

一応接続はできているみたいですが接続が維持できないと表示されて次のステップに移ることができません。なので使えません。iOSのバージョンの問題のような気もします。
