2. Looksee AR for the Lake District and Cumbria, England, is an Augmented Reality (AR) viewer used to find places of interest directly on your phone camera's screen and add fun, knowledge and interest to your adventures and tours.

3. This version, for the Lake District and Cumbria, locates places in and around the Lake District National Park and the wider Cumbrian Area, and includes 13,500 Places of Interest.

4. Once downloaded no wi-fi or cellular network is necessary, so you can use when out and about in the Lake District, even when there is no or poor signal coverage.

5. It's simple to use - you just point and go! It includes a choice of Map or Satellite Image in view and a Search function to help locate things.

6. It reaches a rectangle stretching to Carlisle at its northern most edge and south to Barrow-in-Furness on the coast.

7. Then west from the coast at Whitehaven to east past Kirkby Stephen in land.

8. An area of over 6,300 km2.
