1. SoundBlocks allows you to record different audio clips and then alter and combine them into new sounds.
2. Recording sounds is simple, hold down the record button and when you are finished, the clip is shown as a colored block.
3. Imagine a recording studio built out of brightly colored children's blocks.
4. Drag the blocks into different configurations and build a soundscape out of colors.
5. Now you can combine the blocks into sequences by dragging the blocks into the tracks at the bottom of the screen.
6. It is a simple and intuitive way to record, manipulate and combine audio clips.
7. Alter the sounds by stretching the blocks.
8. Blocks added to the 3rd track will repeat, try using this as a rhythm component.
9. Sound and music are blocks of color.
10. Stretch or squeeze the block to change it's pitch.
11. Compress or expand it, to add different distortion effects.
