1. If you are not yet a patient of Joseph Laborde and you live in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, you can install this app to easily request an appointment.
2. After completing the form, press the “Send” button, and your appointment request is emailed to our office.
3. A “Date Picker” wheel lets you easily enter your dental appointments and automatically create an Event named “FW Periodontics” in your Calendar and provides you with up to two alerts.
4. You can request an appointment by touching the “Appt” button and filling in the “Appointment Request” form.
5. By using the built-in GPS, this app determines your current location and launches Maps to give you detailed driving directions from your current location to our office.
6. This is an app for patients and potential patients of Fort Worth Periodontics and specifically Noland Joseph Laborde III, DDS, MMSc.
7. It provides you with an easy way to manage your dental appointments and to request new appointments.
8. Our office is conveniently located in Fort Worth, Texas on Hulen Street, just south of Interstate 30.
9. You can also use this app to contact us by phone, email, or to get driving directions to our office.
