1. With in-app purchases, you can expand the library of nature sounds to include many more looped samples of other natural environments to help you drift off! You can also purchase up to three additional meditations via in-app purchase: a second type of 'fall asleep' meditation, a lucid dreaming meditation, and a meditation for a nap.

2. Having trouble sleeping? Need to chill out with nature sounds? Got time for a power nap? Want to try lucid dreaming? Fall asleep quickly with these guided meditations! This app includes a guided meditation to put you to sleep if your mind is cluttered after a long day.

3. It also includes an introduction about proper sleep hygiene, as well as two two tracks without spoken word that present either delta binaural beats/isochronic pulses (to induce deep sleep) or theta waves (to induce relaxation and dreaming).

4. All tracks are accompanied by a set of nature sounds that are included with the app, such as sea waves, rain, birds, heartbeat, and pink noise).

5. These drone sounds can also be enjoyed alone, without the meditations or binaural beats on top of them.
