Si

Buona app come tutte le Azumio, semplice da usare con esercizi utili a mantenere una muscolatura forte e tonica. I disegni animati aiutano la comprensione dell'esercizio da svolgere. Niente da aggiungere, forse qualche dettaglio in più sulla relazione tra esercizio e muscoli interessati non guasterebbe. Vale i soldi spesi, 5 stelle.

Scarsa

L'applicazione contiene molti esercizi e un buon numero di allenamenti. Non c'è assolutamente spazio per la personalizzazione dei workout e il conto delle ripetizioni non è uniforme: tra 1-20 ripetizioni è veloce, tra 20-26 regolare, tra 27-30 è eterno, dopo sembra ritornare alla normalità. Se si fanno due allenamenti di fila l'app va in crash.
