Step 3: iMuscle 2 per PC - Windows 10 / 11

Ora apri l applicazione Emulator che hai installato e cerca la sua barra di ricerca. Una volta trovato, digita iMuscle 2 nella barra di ricerca e premi Cerca. Clicca su iMuscle 2icona dell applicazione. Una finestra di iMuscle 2 sul Play Store o l app store si aprirà e visualizzerà lo Store nella tua applicazione di emulatore. Ora, premi il pulsante Installa e, come su un iPhone o dispositivo Android, la tua applicazione inizierà il download. Ora abbiamo finito.
Vedrai un icona chiamata "Tutte le app".
Fai clic su di esso e ti porterà in una pagina contenente tutte le tue applicazioni installate.
Dovresti vedere il icona. Fare clic su di esso e iniziare a utilizzare l applicazione.

Ottima app per allungamento e esercizi

In alcuni momenti mi ha veramente semplificato molto la vita, ha un database di esercizi e allungamento dei relativi muscoli veramente sconfinato. È possibile inserire anche le schede della palestra e tenere conto delle variazioni dei pesi che si utilizzano.

Nice but... / Bella ma...

I use it every time I exercise but it never get updates and it would need the implementation of these functions: heart rate monitoring via Bluetooth chest straps and integration with apple watch for easy records of series and reps with relative pauses and alarms. It would be also useful to be able to pre visualize the following exercise, during the pause, so we can prepare the equipment with the right weight. To correct burned calories calculation because are totally out of range. La uso ad ogni allenamento ma non viene mai aggiornata e sarebbe ora che venissero implementate queste funzioni: monitoraggio della frequenza cardiaca con supporto ai dispositivi Bluetooth e integrazione con apple watch per la registrazione delle serie e ripetizioni con relative pause e allarmi. Sarebbe utile anche poter pre visualizzare l'esercizio successivo, durante la pausa, per preparare l'equipaggiamento con il giusto peso. Da correggere il calcolo delle calorie consumate perché totalmente sballato.

Buona ma migliorabile

L'app è veramente carina e utile. Le uniche pecche migliorabili a mio avviso sono il fatto che per alcuni muscoli non è visibile con chiarezza dove è originò e/o inserzione e non vi è scritto nemmeno nelle didascalie. Rimane comunque un ottima app
