1. Simply specify the amount of time you want to work between breaks, the length of the breaks, and how you want to be notified when a break is due.

2. The icon will be blue during work, and turn green during a break and red during paused mode.

3. We all know it is sensible to take breaks while using a computer for extended periods of time, in order to help prevent eyestrain, stiff neck, headaches, back aches, and RSI.

4. These minutes correspond to the length of the work or break period and will decrease.

5. When a break is over, the application will enter work mode again.

6. When a work period is over, break mode will automatically begin.

7. The application will remind you to take a break at the specified intervals by a popup message and/or sound.

8. If you don't want to stop working immediately when a break reminder appears, you can stop the countdown or even postpone the break a little longer.

9. Create 'profiles' to store different time settings, for example an exercise routine, work etc.

10. It displays an icon and the current mode (Work or Break) along with a countdown of the minutes left.

11. Next to the icon the amount of minutes (and seconds when under one minute left) will be displayed.

Step 3: Rest per PC - Windows 10 / 11

Ora apri l applicazione Emulator che hai installato e cerca la sua barra di ricerca. Una volta trovato, digita Rest nella barra di ricerca e premi Cerca. Clicca su Resticona dell applicazione. Una finestra di Rest sul Play Store o l app store si aprirà e visualizzerà lo Store nella tua applicazione di emulatore. Ora, premi il pulsante Installa e, come su un iPhone o dispositivo Android, la tua applicazione inizierà il download. Ora abbiamo finito.
Vedrai un icona chiamata "Tutte le app".
Fai clic su di esso e ti porterà in una pagina contenente tutte le tue applicazioni installate.
Dovresti vedere il icona. Fare clic su di esso e iniziare a utilizzare l applicazione.
