Problema nel mobile check in

Il mobile check in (anche da desktop) non va avanti se il nome del luogo di residenza è troppo lungo, ma segnala solo un errore generico senza indicare il campo in cui l’errore si verifica. Decisamente da correggere per non impattare la user experience di questa app peraltro molto ben fatta.

Bad customer assistance

If there is a delay of a flight non operated by BA but part of a multi-stops travel purchased from BA, there is no attention for it, BA will know that you are going to be late but no attempt will be done to adjust: not a single minute wait for you on the connection flight (which I can understand) , but also no help to accomodate you on the next flight, you will have to pay a new ticket (return included) as you will be considered a no-show even if BA knows well it is not you fault. Moreover, when reaching a desk in airport with your complaint to file, you just get redirected to the website. All that is totally unacceptable. Will try to avoid flying with BA for the future.

Non ottimizzato per IPhone X

Una compagnia come App non può non aver ancora aggiornato l’app su IOS ad IPhone X. Inoltre non è possibile selezionare i posti sui voli, il pulsante non funziona.
